St Theresa’s Athletic Club (STAC) are proud to present to you the 10th instalment of the TNT (Temple Newsam Ten). Ten miles of beautiful on and off road running on the Temple Newsam Estate in Leeds could be the perfect start to your 2026 running journey. Long sleeved t-shirt and medal to all finishers.

TRAVEL AND PARKING
By Train: The nearest train station is Crossgates, located 1.5 miles away.
By Bus: Services 19 and 19A between Leeds and East Garforth. Alight at Whitkirk Church.
By Car: Temple Newsam is just off the M1 at junction 46. The postcode is LS15 0AE.
Parking: There are several car parks available on site at Temple Newsam. All car parks are within 5 minutes of the start/finish area. Please do not park on roads with double yellow lines as you may be ticketed.
WHEN EXITING TEMPLE NEWSAM, PLEASE EXIT DOWN TEMPLE NEWSAM ROAD AND NOT VIA COLTON ROAD. THIS WILL HELP TO PREVENT CONGESTION.
REGISTRATION & BAGGAGE
7:30 - Registration & baggage will take place in the Lady Hertford Suite in the main stable area.
At registration you will receive your race number along with your chip which will be attached to the back of your number.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE ALL DETAILS ON THE REVERSE OF YOUR NUMBER REGARDING EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS AND ANY HEALTH INFORMATION.
Please ensure you bring safety pins to attach your number.
ANYBODY FOUND TO BE SWAPPING NUMBERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
All bags are left at your own risk although the bag drop area will be manned at all times. Luggage labels will be available when you collect your race number. Please write your race number on the label and attach to your bag before handing in.
9:30 - Race starts. Please be at the start line 10 minutes before scheduled start time to listen to the race briefing. There is a cut off of 3 hours to complete the route.

Prizes will be awarded to the following:
First three male runners
First three female runners
First & Second male team (3 to count) Must be wearing club colours.
First & Second ladies’ team (3 to count) Must be wearing club colours.
Vets Male/Female first 2- V35/40/45/50/55/V60/65/70/75+
INFORMATION
Please be aware that there is a damaged bridge approximately 1.5 miles into the course. Warning signs will be situated as runners approach the bridge. The bridge will also have barriers on both sides, and a marshal will also be in place. Please listen out for any instructions when approaching the bridge.

Toilets are available at the stable courtyard along with portable toilets on the start and finish field. Please refrain from cleaning running shoes in the toilets and remove any muddy shoes before you enter.
Water stations will be available just after mile six and at the end. Please drop used bottles near to marshals.
Trail shoes are recommended but the route is not suitable for spikes.
Please do not drop litter or gels. Marshals will be happy to take them from you.
No Headphones other than bone conducting headphones are permitted in any race where the route is shared with other users. This includes but is not limited to parks, seafront promenades, footpaths, bridleways ways, roads, and open spaces. (new rule by RunEvents).
Club tents are welcome in a designated area by the start/finish.
Temple Newsam will be open to the public, so please be considerate to other park users.
The course is marshalled and well sign posted.
First aid will be provided by Vie Medic Services Ltd.
The café at Temple Newsam will be open for drinks and food and “Caseys Coffee” van will also be in attendance.
Award presentations will be at approx. 11:15 by the start/finish area
