A running plan template that can be used for a marathon plan, half marathon or other distances. It will total your weekly miles.
Download then edit to build your plan.

Save your own copy so you can edit (File / Make a copy)
Enter the race the plan is for
Enter the start date of the plan (this will populare the dates in column B)
Start adding your plan!
- select the 'tye of run' from the drop down
- add an optional description
- add miles (weekly miles will total automatically)
