Beginner's Running Course 2024. Starts Thursday April 25th 6.30pm at Temple Newsam for 12 weeks.
Cost is only £10. Fully supported by run leaders and club members. You will be able to run for 30 minutes by the end of the course, get fitter and have a lot of fun and make friends along the way.
