Over to Dunstan / Dog Kennel Hill
1. Bottom path up to Finger Post on gravel path. Recover downhill x2
2. Bottom path -all way to top of hill x2 Recover downhill.
3. Along bottom path to path (with double hedgerow and grassed to top) and recover down gravel path x2
Elite have the option of going along bottom path and running up to top of tarmac hill ( recovering back down gravel and reverse of ‘Park Run’ x2 or whatever time allows.
4. 200m relay next to TN House round Mulberry bush and copse.
If I’ve read your programme correctly then most are being introduced to hill work. ( I’ve still got some certificates waiting to be distributed for those who’ve yet to attain their 30 minute run. Are we getting near?)
As of this evening we have received 5 confirmations. I’ve missed tonight’s training session ‘cos I’ve been busy making the jam! Bank Holiday Monday.

Total distance to be run- 5K. Improver’s may be allowed to run less than this! Teams of 4.
Geoff Hardman needs to arrange the teams and work out handicaps.
We always get a good turn out but it’s not fair on Geoff to leave confirmation to the last minute.
We can accommodate younger family members if you let us know in time!
