Thursday 7 September – 3 Hills

Normal summer meeting point 6:30pm at corner of field.

This session is an old favourite: three hills.

Self explanatory 3 hills. Down Pegasus Hill to marker, run back up to start, recover down the next all way to finger post. Run back up, recover down the next (grassy hill) to the bottom stile, run back up.

One set is all three.  Try for 2-3 sets

Improvers welcome and will be supported by Peter tonight! Hills are daunting, but determination and the right technique you can conquer them and they are an essential part of the runner’s training regime.

SH4 Grassy Track Climb, SH6 Gravel Track Climb and SH8 Dog Kennel Hill (remember for this to count as a segment start at motorway underpass)

Remember insect repellent and a drink this will be thirsty work!
