Meet 6:30pm at corner of field for Training this Thursday at TN track.
As it’s the East Leeds 10k on Friday I plan a basic pyramid on Thursday at TN track 200m, 400m 600m 800m 600m 400m, 200m with 200m jog recovery between efforts. You can decide to do it easy if running day after or as hard as you like if not!
We’ll do a good warm up and cool down & stretching.
This will also take the place of our usual monthly Wednesday track session this month but we’ll be back on John Charles track at end of July hopefully.
