Meet up at our spring / Summer meeting point on the field to the right just before the carparks near the house.
Dynamic warm up to the mulberry bush. Run hard round copse one and back, then recover round the Mulberry Bush. Run hard round Copse two and back, then recover round the Mulberry bush. Repeat round copse three and then Copse four. Continue again from copse one until the end of the session.
At the end of the session back to the meeting point for a dynamic cool down.
