For those not running Apperley Bridge Canter, Peter has kindly agreed to take this session.
Meeting at usual summer meeting point 6:30pm
Jog down to bench halfway down main parkrun Hill where the fence leads up the hill to the copses.
Hill reps up to and around first copse, recover down hill to bench, up to second copse and around to recover back down to bench and so on
3 or 4 copses is one set, try for as many sets as time allows.
It’s hard work running uphill and enjoyable downhill, you’ll feel tired but exhilarated after completing this session.
