Thursday 31 August, “Meet & Retreat” Loops with added core exercises

A David special this week, partner up with someone of similar ability, run the loop in opposite directions. High five and turn around when you “meet” your partner then run back (retreat) to the start. You should both return at the same time. A core exercise for 30 seconds when you get back before continuing on your second loop, and so on… 4 different core strength exercises to do (some working with your partner so make sure you like them!)
