This first session of the light nights designed to get you thinking about warming up and cooling down properly to get the most out of your training.
Now for something completely different.
Funny running followed by fast running, that’s drills to get warmed up and stretched out, sprints, then a cool down to finish.
The sprints will be 40-60m depending on what you feel comfortable doing.
I have waited for the light nights as the session requires the full hour.
