Meet outside the angling shop and jog to Templenewsam House.
From the south west corner of the house, run hard downhill to the first light and still running hard back up to the south east corner of the house. Recover along the front of the house. Same again but the second light will be further down the hill. Recover along the front of the house. After running down to the third light and back up to the house, recover round the house.
Same with lights 4,5 and 6.
Start to repeat if time.
Jog back and STRETCH.
