Thursday’s session as follows;
Meet near the Brown Cow. Run to Templenewsam House ( don’t forget to warm up)
On the field in front of the house- Hill Sprints pyramid
Run hard from point 1 up to the railings in front of the house, recover down the
hill to point 2.
Run hard to the railings, recover etc.
There will be 5 points progressively further down the hill.
Do the points in this order 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1, Repeat if time permits.
