Thursday 28 September: Cowfield Hill

Cowfield hill (parallel with first Bullerthorpe hill) as many as you can.

Effort up the cowfield hill to stile, recovery downhill to start & repeat. Please consider wearing trail shoes as the ground may be slippy after this week’s rain.

Meet at 6:30 for a prompt start to this session. Session dependent on light if it is overcast.
