Warm up past the house and to the bottom of the tarmac hill where a chalk line will show you where to begin your sprint back to to the top. Recover down the ‘middle hill’ then run hard back up that hill. Recover down the Grass Hill then run hard back up that hill.
How many times can you run up each hill before time is up?
