Meet at the field near the car parks and we will warm up to the start point near the lake.
Please bring a watch with you if possible so you can time your laps around the lake.
Run 400 metres hard round the top lake and recover over the bridges. Repeat until the end of the session. The aim is to achieve the same time on each effort and recovery – consistency is key.
Cool down on the way back to the meeting point for dynamic cool down.
