6:30pm usual meeting point, this is where we will do the session. a jog warm up followed by some dynamic drills/stretching along the cycle path and back, I will explain the session on the way.
New (old) session on Cycle track from Colton – Three hills similar to Bullerthorpe Hill.
From Start, jog to bottom of hill. Hard up to Road. Careful over road and jog recovery downhill to end. Turn around back hard up to road. Jog recovery downhill then hard back uphill to the start. Turn around and repeat.
