Thursday 20 September 2018 -Park Road Hill

New session blame Peter!

Meet at normal summer meeting point for now. Jog to farm on way to Colton. Hill session. 1 minute hill reps. Start at the gate right at the bottom of Park Road and run hard uphill for 1 minutes ( mentally mark how far that is) turn round and recover downhill. Walk or jog the rest of the way back to the gate. Repeat etc
