Training session for Thursday 2 November. All welcome, you run at your own pace.
Meet as usual 6:30pm at end of cycle path from Colton. Warm up jog to meet in front of Temple Newsam House. Don’t forget any bright/reflective clothing and lights.
Stable block circles.
Run loop around stable block. Recovery One Loop while your partner continues their effort. Add a circle each time so you run longer, but the recovery remains the same. Repeat for allotted time.
It’s fun and supportive to run in small groups or as a pair, please remember to encourage each other!
