Meet at the summer meeting point at 6:30, warm up jog down to Menagerie Ponds. Assemble this side of bridge opposite path which leads to Farm and Colton.
There is a loop (below) which takes you around the lake, up into the wood and back down to a recovery over the bridge. Repeat until time is up. It should be dry but watch out for rocks and tree roots along the wooded path and take care! Don’t forget to bring a drink as this is thirsty work. Warm Weather predicted
