Meet at the start of parkrun.
Hill pyramid, using the path at the top of the rhododendrons and between the farm and stable block, up to the road. 6 points. Start at point 1 run hard up to the road, recover (jog or walk to fully recover before setting off again) to point 2, run hard to the road, recover to point 3 etc. Please run on the LEFT. Order of points will be 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1(elite do 2×6)
Run back to Whitkirk then STRETCH!
