Meet as usual 6:30pm at end of cycle path from Colton.
Warm up jog to meet in amphitheatre next to stable block.
You will run with a partner of similar pace, and then team up with another pair who will run while you recover & vice-versa.
Steady out of amphitheatre along cobbles toward house, left around the stable block and then hard up hill to the gate at the top (keep right on the road). Recovery downhill (keep right) back to the amphitheatre and your other pair will set off.
Some simple core strength exercises using the amphitheatre steps and walls to do until they return.
