Thursday 13th December 2018 – Winter Circles

Running in pairs (or groups of 3 or four) and running together due to the dark nights. Starting at Parkrun Start we will run anti-clockwise up towards the house then turn right onto the cobbles, right at the end past the farm back to start.  Run 1 circle together – rest for one minute.

Then run 2 circles – rest for one minute, then run 3 circles together – rest for one minute – repeat 4, 5 etc. We will have a break after 15 minutes.  After the break we start again but running clockwise instead.
