Meet as usual at the cycle path opposite the entrance to the field for a 6.30pm start
Warmup on the way to parkrun start area.
We will use the path down to the lake and round the stable block / farm.
There will be four points, each one further down the path.
Start at the point nearest the farm. Run hard up to the farm. Recover by
jogging round the stable block towards the house
Run hard down to point 1 and recover to point 2.
Do the same from points 2,3,4 (Run hard to the farm, jogging round the stable block towards the house, Run hard down to point 2 and recover to point 3)
Once the set is completed start again and do as much as you can in the time
Slow warm down and stretches at the top of the field.
