Meet at 6.30pm on the field near the house as usual.
6.35pm warm up and the session will start at 6.45pm.

It would be helpful if you could work out your target time in advance of the session.
Efforts conclude at 7.15pm, followed by 10 minutes core work. Then jog back to the meeting point to cool down.
