Meet as usual 6:30pm at end of cycle path from Colton. Warm up jog to meet in front of Temple Newsam House. Don’t forget any bright/reflective clothing and lights.
Stable block circles.
Run loop around stable block. Recovery while your partner completes their effort. Repeat for allotted time.
It’s fun and supportive to run in small groups or as a pair, please remember to encourage each other!
