Circles on the grass in front of the house. Run in pairs, 1 runs the first lap and stops while the other runs the first lap, then run two laps each taking turns building up to 5 or 6 continuous laps, then work down the pyramid going in the opposite direction
Back to start, meet with the beginner groups and stretch.
