Meet at the top of the cycle path for 6.30pm start, where we will jog down and warm up to the front of the house.
We will start in front of the house and we will run clockwise around the house. Run hard round 3 sides of the house then recover round the 4th side of the house and down to the path before the park run finish line. Turn left and run hard up to the corner of the stable block – recover across the cobbles at the back of the stable and up to the start point at the front of the house.
For the next set you will run anti-clockwise around 3 sides of the house and recover across the cobbles to the end of the stableblock. Then run hard down towards the start of parkrun but turn right back to the house.
We are effectively using the house and the stableblock to make our figure of 8.
After you have run clockwise then anti-clockwise, repeat but do 2 laps clockwise, then do 2 laps anti-clockwise, then 3, then 4, then 3 then 2 then 1.
At the end of the session we will make our way back to the cycle path to cool down.
