Dynamic warm up on the field and heading towards the grass hill in front of the house.
Partner with someone similar pace, first runner runs clockwise round the circle giving 100%, then second runner runs a lap of the same circle.
Take it in turns 1 lap each, then 2 continuous, 3,4,5 then going anti-clockwise 5,4,3,2,1 as time allows.
jog back to field for stretches.
