Thurs 23rd: With some downhill running…

Don’t forget to meet at our new gathering point near the start of parkrun C route on the field.

Dynamic warm up on top field.

Session starts half way down grass field in front of house.
Run hard up the grassy slope to the house. Recover downhill to start for first 2 runs.
Third time when you reach the top recover round the house, then hard downhill to start, recover uphill. Do that 3 times then start over again.
Back to meeting point to stretch with beginners.
