Meet as usual, 6.30 pm on the cyclepath
warm up jog towards TN house.
Start from Mike’s tree, run hard to the far front corner of the house ( south east ) recover to Mike’s tree. Run hard uphill but this time turn right between the farm and stable lock and run to road. Recover to point 2 ( further downhill) do the same 2 uphill sprints as before. There will be 4 points altogether to run from. When finished do the same from points 4,3,2, Mike’s tree. Hope that makes sense!!
Don’t forget to stretch when you have finished.
