Meet as usual on the cycle path for 6.30pm start.
Warm up to templenewsam.
Meet at the end of the cobbles furthest away from the house between the cafe and the amphitheatre.
Hill sprint pyramids.
Run hard from meeting point up to road. Recover to point 2, further down path. Run hard up to road. Recover to point 3. Carry on running hard uphill and recovering downhill. There will be 6 points. When you finish 6 points, start again!!
