We will be running in circles.
You run a circle, your partner(s) run a circle. You run 2 circles, your partners run two circle(s). (they begin after your first)
Run 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1. to make it more difficult you could run a 6 half way through!!
Grahams group know what they are doing!
