Thurs 14th: Keeping on track

Meet as usual in the grass field near the house for 6.30pm start.

Dynamic warm up on way to the track.

200,400,600,800,800,600,400,200 pyramid runs. This can be done totally on the track or the 600,800’s can be done on the track and the football field next to the track – it’s up to you!!

Back to base and stretch.
