Kenyan Hills

Main session is on the field across the road from where we meet. Running from mound near the childrens playground run up the field towards the road. This is a timed session. Run for 25 seconds and, at the whistle, place a marker. Recover back to the mound after 38 seconds.

four reps per set!

second set. Decrease downhill time to 31 seconds.

third set decrease downhill time to 28’secomds.

aim is to get everyone back down together. Failure to get all back in time could result in an extra set!
Try and match your position on each rep. ( BEWARE! should you fail to hear a whistle please do not continue running on to the road! )
Four reps per set followed by a minute rest. The aim is to reach the marker each time and for all to return to the start together. TIP. Do not set yourself a too ambitious target on your first leg!

Bring a marker to identify your own position. Preferably something illuminated!
