Avenue Hills

This week’s session is a firm favourite and is directed by my Grandad.
From our meeting place, jog through invalid car park, behind the lakes up to
temple. Keep temple on your left, jog down to stile, cross main path. The start
of our efforts is the other side of the main path.
From the start, hard uphill to the finger post, keep moving forward and recover down to the bridge, turn
round, hard up to the finger post, recover to start. Repeat.
ELITE, at the bridge, carry on hard uphill towards Bullerthorpe Lane to second
bench ( on the right) recover to bridge, then follow previous instructions.
