Meet at the Lodge gate car park as usual for welcome & brief. Warm up over to park run start area – dynamic stretching along the way.
Its a while since we did this session, its tough but so worth it!
Tonights run is along the edge of the big field in front of the house.
Start half way down to the lake. Follow the fence up to the first copse, round the copse and back to the start. There are four copses to run to and round, each one further away. Start again!
The idea is to run as hard as you can uphill! Recover downhill.
Maybe circles, a nice speed refresher, next week before Redcar?
