Valentine’s Eve – Thursday 13th


Meet for 6.30pm warm up jog outside Brown Cow at Whitkirk
Whilst on the school field make sure you warm up by;
20 heel flicks
20 knee lifts
20 cha, cha, cha one way, 20 the other.
15 lunges.
At the House use the path straight down to the lake.
6 points, getting progressively nearer the lake.
Hard from point 1 to the house. Recover to point 2.
Hard from point 2 to house. Recover to point 3 . Etc. etc.
Point 1 is nearest house, point 6 furthest away.
Run on the left.
Slow recovery jog back, to meet in St Mary’s Hall Car Park for stretches.
