All Training during COVID restrictions

Temporarily during COVID restrictions we have sessions led by a qualified run leader meeting England Athletics guidance.

To book onto a training session do so on this form, and then you can see your place here.

New sessions go up usually on a Friday night.

Tuesday Nights @ 7pm

We meet at the  Barnbow Social Club, Leeds every Tuesday evening at 7pm for an hour or so of running.  We split into groups depending on speed (no one will be left to run alone),  we do ask that you are able to complete a 5km before attending a Tuesday session.  Anyone wishing for refreshment and a chat afterwards, is welcome to join members for a drink in the club afterwards.

Thursday Nights @ 6.30pm

Thursdays are an opportunity for runners at all levels to improve their fitness and technique.

Established runners of all abilities – improve your speed and core fitness within a programme designed for all.
Here are some of the sessions we run on a Thursday.

Winter Meeting Point

From Thursday 22nd October, we will be meeting at the car park by the shops opposite the Brown Cow pub in Colton.

Parking is up to you – please do so responsibly and in well lit areas.

Summer meeting point

From first Thursday following clocks going forward.

In summer we meet in the main sports field at Temple Newsam (the corner nearest the roundabout close to the house). Please assemble here at 6:30pm and we will walk or jog to wherever the session is taking place.

There is plenty of parking at Temple Newsam but beware it is not supervised so do not leave valuables on show in your car.
