Timed Hill Routines


Thursday 3rd April. Meet next to the Lodge gate car park.
Dynamic warm up on the main field.
Down to running track
Starting at far side of running track run across the football field, across the track and up the slope.
15 second reps.
Run ’till whistle.
Jog back to start together.
Try and match your first finishing position on each rep.
Six reps per set
Minute rest after each set of six
POSSIBLE VARIATION – Depends how the timing of this activity works out
15 second rep uphill. Run ’till whistle
10 second return back
3 reps per set followed by minute rest
THIS IS NOT A STEEP HILL ( MARATHON IN MIND )
Return to CAR PARK for STRETCHES
