Meet for 6.30pm start at Lodge Gate car park. Dynamic warm up over field, across to Dunstan Hill ( Tarmac stretch of parkrun) Reps. Of the 3 hills ( Tarmac, gravel, and grass routes that lead to the valley bottom). Hard up the hills with recovery on the downhill.
