Warm up with Graham.
Meet in front of the house.
Run in circles with a partner. You do a circle, your partner does a circle. You do 2 circles, your partner sets off on their 2 after you have completed one and so on.
Suggested number of circles is;
1,2,3,4,5,5,5,4,3,2,1 OR
1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1OR
1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1
It’s up to you which combination you do.
When you have done half the number of circles you go the other way! I’ll set out a wider circle to enable this to happen.
