This week will be an uphill pyramid on the path from the lake up to the house.
From the start run hard to point 1. Recover – back to start.
Run hard to point 2, recover.
Run hard to point 3, recover etc.
There will be 5 points to run to. Each point will be a light. Points 1,3,5 will be white, points 2,4 red.
Two levels – go to points 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 OR 126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.1
Run on the left, recover on the grass if possible.
