400m at target pace, 60 secs rest
400m again, 45 secs rest
400m again, 30 secs rest
400m, then 2 minutes rest, that is a SET
repeat sets

630pm jog to track
635pm – 645pm, warm up
645pm – 715pm, 400m sets
715pm – 725pm, core work
725pm, jog back to meeting point
