All welcome to training on Thursday, you go at your own pace so suitable for everyone and not a hill in sight! Meet at usual spot 6:30pm for a warm up towards Temple Newsam House.
Popular Training session this Thursday to be led by Emma, on the field. Good fun and suitable for all members as it is timed, so all run at your own pace. Can also run with a partner or small group.
Timed efforts round a marker and back to the start in approx 75 seconds. Recovery 60 seconds. Repeat. (12 reps)
You will be used to the timed efforts by now trying to keep your pace consistent so you finish each one bang on the whistle!
Trail shoes, bright clothes, marker light if you have one and a drink would be useful. Don’t forget a warm layer for warm up and cool down you can always remove it
