Meet at 6.30pm in the cobbled car park at the house, please park on the right-hand side of the car park and double park, leaving the left-hand side free for Bootcamp. Please also wear bright and reflective clothing and bring a head torch.
Tonight’s session is Triangles in front of the house.
Run one side of the triangle, recover one side, run one side, recover one side – continue for 10 minutes.
Run two sides, recover 2 sides, run 2 sides, recover 2 sides – continue for 10 minutes.
Run 3 sides, recover 2 sides (yes, 2 sides), run 3 sides, recover 2 sides – continue for 10 minutes.
