Start at the lake down from the house.

Elite run hard up the 2nd parkrun hill (through the rhododendrons) until you meet the other path coming up from the lake. Recover by turning round and going back down the hill you just came up. When you get to the corner of the lake run hard up the first park run hill untill you reach the other path and then turn round and recover down the hill you just ran up! I think your target should be 6 or 7 hills.

Us normal runners(!) Do the same but do the first park run hill first, recover down the same hill and then do the rhododendron hill as hard as you can. I think our target should be 4 or 5 hills.

Progressives. I believe Graham has a pleasant hour in the country arranged for you!!
