Thursday 3rd Jan 2019 – New Year Triangles


Happy New Year Everyone.

Meet at the House Car Park at 6.30pm – park on the right hand side and double park if necessary.  Please keep the left free or bootcamp.

Tonight’s session is Triangles in front of the house.

Run one side of the triangle, recover one side, run one side, recover one side – continue for 10 minutes.

Run two sides, recover 2 sides, run 2 sides, recover 2 sides – continue for 10 minutes.

Run 3 sides, recover 2 sides (yes, 2 sides), run 3 sides, recover 2 sides – continue for 10 minutes.

You will benefit by wearing Trail or Cross Country Trainers.
