Thursday 31st Jan 2019 – Uphill Sprints


Begin half way down the tarmac hill to the lake. Sprint uphill for 1 min. Recover to start in 1min. 15secs.

Do that 5 times. 2 min. rest. Sprint uphill for 45 secs. Recover to start in 1 min. Do that 5 times. 2 mins rest.

Sprint uphill for 30 secs. Recover to start in 45 secs. Do that 5 times.
