Thursday 30th June 2016: Pyramids or Circles


Tonight’s Session will depend upon the weather.

Meet as usual at our summer spot on the field near the house.

Option 1 Hill Pyramids

Warm up to the halfway point towards the lake.

Run up the field following the fence to copse 1 and then recover back to the start.

Run up the field following to copse 2 and then recover back to the start.

Then Copse 3, then Copse 4.

Start again and repeat until the end of the session.

Cool down.

Option 2 Circles

Circles around the Stable Block, Amphitheatre and House.

Cool Down
