Warm up across to front of house, then follow the path to bottom of Tarmac path towards the motorway. Hard as you can to the top. Recover down to the bottom of the sandy path hill, turn round and run up it hard. Recover down the grassy hill, turn round and run hard to the top. When you have finished the third hill, start again!! Can you do the whole thing 3 times (or even 4?) Peter will organise something easier on the same hills for those who feel daunted!! If everyone can remember to run on the left of the path then this avoid clashes!
